The Wisconsin company releases the AR-22 Pistol Stock System for the Ruger Charger one year after bring the popular AR-22 Stock System for the Ruger 10/22 to market. ATI’s AR-22 Pistol Stock System features a Polymer Receiver Chassis and T2 Pistol Grip, as well as a 6-Sided Aluminum Free-Float Forend with an FS8 Nosecone.

“The AR-15 pistol market has exploded in recent years and our new AR-22 Pistol Stock System aims to bring that experience to the Ruger Charger,” said Jon Shaffer, Director of Business Development. “Utilizing one of the finest design teams in the industry to transform our customers firearms with modern engineering is the core of our business.”

Shaffer later added that comfort and control in the form of ATI’s T2 Pistol Grip plays a greater role while shooting the Ruger Charger because there’s no shoulder for stabilization on the handgun. The T2 achieves this via a small beaver tail and scorpion recoil material along the back of the grip.

ATI’s AR-22 Pistol Stock also features a 16″ aluminum picatinny rail that runs the length of the receiver and forend for trouble-free optic and accessory mounting.
