FAIRFAX, VA – (Ammoland.Com) — The National Deer Alliance (NDA) is proud to announce Archery Trade Association (ATA) is contributing $50,000 to NDA to ensure the future of deer and deer hunting. ATA is one of the founding organizations and ATA President and CEO is the chairman of the board of directors. NDA was created in 2014 to serve as the guardian for wild deer conservation and hunting heritage working at the policy level.
“We appreciate having ATA as a partner from the start and they have been fully committed to seeing NDA thrive,” said Nick Pinizzotto, CEO of National Deer Alliance. “In addition to the direct monetary contribution, they have provided a number of other services to help get NDA off to a successful start.”
“There’s been an urgent need for an organization like NDA for many years,” explains Jay McAninch, president and CEO of the Archery Trade Association and Chair of the NDA Board of Directors. “With threats to deer populations and deer hunting across the country, it’s imperative that there’s an organization that can lead the charge in deer conservation. ATA’s contribution will help ensure that NDA has the funding it needs to continue its important work toward sustaining healthy deer populations.”
