Anti-Media and Gun Trusts on Gun Talk Radio
Natchitoches, La – -(AmmoLand.com)- Author Brian Anse Patrick makes his debut Sunday, June 6th, on Tom Gresham’s Gun Talk (R) Radio, the only nationally-syndicated radio talk show about guns and the shooting sports, airing 2PM-5PM Eastern.
After a decade of research, Patrick has written a book on the “concealed carry movement, describing how it did what many perceived as the politically impossible by reversing the anti-gun legislative trend and spread right-to-carry throughout the country”.
In Rise of the Anti-Media: In-Forming America’s Concealed Weapon Carry Movement, he discusses how local groups utilize “anti-media” such as the internet and social media forums to promote pro-gun legislation. Patrick is also an associate professor in the Department of Communications at the University of Toledo, teaching courses on propaganda, communication research methods and group communication, including a course on “American Gun Policy” in the Honors program.
Returning guest Attorney David Goldman, Founder of the Apple Law Firm in Jacksonville, FL is back to talk about a unique service that many don’t think about until it’s too late – funding a trust for your guns, suppressors, etc. in order to pass them on to family members.
As the “Gun Trust Lawyer”, Goldman assists owners looking to set-up a legal trust for Class III items that are regulated by the National Firearms Act. Many gun dealers have been creating these trusts illegally, which ATF has been rejecting, leaving gun owners unprotected.
