An informal project dubbed “Voters Make the Call” was put together by McClatchy, and the idea was simple: They asked a group of people to share who they would be voting for in the 2016 presidential election and why.
The responses, which were left via voicemail by 69 people in 25 different states, varied not only in reference to the chosen candidates, but the reasoning behind their choices. Some mentioned specific reasons for choosing – or not choosing – a particular candidate, while others simply said they aren’t sure what to do.
