Editors Note; Update; A few hours after this articles was posted, AmmoLand received an announcement from ANJRPC that Chris Christie had agreed to some executive orders to improve the situation in NJ.
New Jersey – -(Ammoland.com)- Two weeks ago, we launched our undercover video campaign that exposed the discrimination, deception, misdirection, and outright lies that occur when honest people like you and I apply for a firearm identification card.
We have documented the fact that we are slaves to the system with waiting months (and sometimes years) for government bureaucrats to “process” our applications while adding all types of illegal requirements to the process.
Even worse, we have filmed them admitting that conceal carry outside of law enforcement and armed guards does not exist.
As we know this draconian process has led hundreds of defenseless New Jerseyans to be murdered while waiting for the NJ government to grant, but most likely deny, permission to defend themselves. Those who live in NJ know this all too well–but the response we have received nationally has been overwhelming–and that was the goal.
Since releasing a sample of our videos, we have been overwhelmed with the media requests to discuss the terror we deal with every day. Mark Walters, the host of Armed American Radio stated over his syndicated national radio show that what he saw in our videos was “disgusting.” I wonder what his millions of listeners across America think. Granite Grok, one of New Hampshires most prominent and followed political podcasts was “outraged” by what occurs during the application process.
The main question everyone keeps asking me is “why has Governor Christie not responded to this?”
In response to our videos, I have been invited to New Hampshire to speak and meet with many different groups, as well as fulfilling media requests, to discuss our videos. I am scheduled to go up to New Hampshire January 6, and will keep everyone updated as we launch more videos.
Sincerely,
Alexander Roubian
