Colchester, VT –-(Ammoland.com)- The Adirondacks offers six million acres of natural beauty, an opportunity to enjoy nature, and an incredible variety of recreational opportunities.
Now there is a magazine, “Adirondack Outdoors,” devoted to helping people enjoy these sports, nature, and wildlife.
There will be coverage of the issues affecting these and information on how and where to be involved in the outdoor sports that the region offers.
Coverage will extend from the Southern Gateway to the High Peaks in the north, and from the western slopes to the “Adirondack Coast” of Lake Champlain. Our staff of writers come from all regions and are local experts who experience the sports they write about.
“Adirondack Outdoors” is the only magazine dedicated to covering all the traditional Adirondack sports enjoyed by locals and visitors alike. It will be a quarterly publication focusing on the sports of the season. Among the many sports covered will be fishing, paddling, hunting, skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, snowshoeing, trapping, climbing, and boating.
The current issue is only available in digital edition at www.
Subsequent issues will be available in both digital and print form. The summer issue which is due out June 15 will feature bass fishing, trout fishing, climbing the High Peaks, paddling destinations, and the 90 Mile Canoe Classic. Adirondack moose, threats to loons, choosing a fishing kayak, and outdoor opportunities in the Cranberry Lake area are also featured.
