Tactical gear and apparel maker 5.11 Tactical debuted more women’s products at SHOT Show in Las Vegas to the delight of the company’s fans.
The booth was overrun with patrons looking to get the first glimpse at the goodies geared towards concealed carry. Among the new offerings gaining buzz were the Wyldcat pants. Constructed with the same durability as 5.11’s other offerings, the Wyldcat pant bucks the tactical trend by not looking so tacticool.
The pants feature a stretchy material that flatters the figure but is also comfortable. The Wyldcat also features large pockets that can stow extra magazines, flashlights or even just a simple tube of chapstick. The belt line is thick and ready to accept an inside-the-waistband or outside-the-waistband rig. The Wyldcat retails for $69.99.
In addition to the new pant, 5.11 Tactical unveiled new color options. The berry, a rich burgundy, has is a popular one in the fashion world and it’s nice to see 5.11 taking a nod from the runway. The color gained attention at the show with many women stopping to take a look at the half-zip jacket on display.
Bags were another area that 5.11 Tactical took the time to flesh out for women. The Lucy Tote was on display in green and blue, two newer colors. The bag features a hidden concealed carry pocket for purse carry and retails for $114.99. The Mira-2-in-1 backpack brought some life to the bag display.
Offered in that beautiful berry color and white, the crossbody pack has enough space for a 15-inch laptop in the main compartment. The bag also features a CCW and admin/magazine compartments for bag carry. The Mira retails for $129.99.
