Police say more than two dozen rifles were stolen from a gun shop in Littleton, Colorado, early Wednesday morning during a smash and grab.
Just before 3 a.m., four suspects smashed out the windows of Warhorse Firearms of the Rockies, which is located on the upper floor of a motorcycle shop. The suspects quickly made their way to the second floor and took an estimated 27 guns – all rifles – before fleeing the scene in a stolen Ford F-150.
Authorities did not release descriptions of the suspects, but said they may be responsible for two additional robberies that occurred the same day as the smash and grab.
