Edwin Sarkissian and Mark Serbu found that a chunk of titanium held up against a .50 BMG like King Kong to a Huey, so they switched to 20mm.
Serbu’s 20mm, which he has been fooling around with since about 2012, uses what looks like 20x110mm Hispano-Suiza ammo, making it a pretty potent penetrator of all things smaller than an armored fighting vehicle.
Unless that armored vehicle is made of 1.5-inches of titanium, apparently.
But seriously, Serbu needs to go into the bore-sighting business.
